Position: Client Service Representative - Visa Department
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist clients
- Handle all client inquiries
- Manage Social Media Channels and inquiries from those channels
- Manage Incoming Calls
- Manage the database of calls and clients
- Perform daily administrative tasks
Requirements for candidate:
- At least of 3 years of full time work experience in Client Service and/or Call Center Service
- Proficiency in Russian and English languages
- Proficiency in MS Office
