INPROCON provides expert consulting and supports international construction and plant projects worldwide. In Azerbaijan INPROCON has been working since 2011.

Inprocon is looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer responsible for creating and implementing an effective system for monitor progress, impact and success in project activities and performance.
 
Responsibilities:

• Carry out mechanical engineering calculations such as pressure drops, pump sizing, heat transfer, HVAC etc. Leading to development of equipment datasheets, including checking and updating equipment schedules
• Writing and developing specifications for pipes, equipment (pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, vessels etc.) and valves together with checking mechanical data on instrument and process specifications
• Under general supervision of MEP Manager to work on the design and development of mechanical components and systems
• Writing Scope of work documents for installation contractors including testing and painting specifications
• Obtaining quotations, carrying out bid analysis for equipment, valves and installation contractors
• Visiting sites to carry out surveys, review job scopes and gather technical information
• To develop a project specification with senior engineers
• Development, testing and evaluation of theoretical designs
• Producing details of specifications and outline designs, using research, analytical, conceptual and planning skills, particularly mathematical modelling and computer-aided design, considering the implications of issues such as cost, safety and time constraints
• Monitoring and commissioning of plant and systems
• Use of advanced 3D/2D drawing tools for mechanical design such as Solid works or similar
• Development and improvement of manufacturing processes and technologies for construction of components 
• Provide technical support on issues related to MEP building operations to the supervisors in other departments
• Develop and assist in the implementation of a district wide scheduled and preventive maintenance, energy accounting and building monitoring systems
•  Provide “in-house” technical resources and expertise for the development of MEP contract documents for bidding and construction administration on special projects
• Undertake additional duties assigned by MEP Manager
