Job Role Responsibilities:
Check orders for errors and completeness
Create purchase orders for suppliers, including item configuration and cost
Resolve supplier pricing discrepancies
Contact customers as needed for order corrections or clarifications
Administer the purchasing system
Prepare quotes and purchase orders for products
Utilize purchasing system for procurement of products
Maintain product listing, with price and cost information, in purchasing system
Provide detailed product information to the sales team when preparing quotes
Understand the Sales Order process that initiates the product purchasing process
Position Qualification Knowledge
Bachelor degree or equivalent.
6+ months buyer level foodservice experience
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service and time management skills
Negotiation skills
Fluency in Azeri and English.

Excellent presentation skills
Ability to share skills and knowledge with others.
