Position: Purchasing Assistant

Job Role Responsibilities: 

 Check orders for errors and completeness
 Create purchase orders for suppliers, including item configuration and cost
 Resolve supplier pricing discrepancies
 Contact customers as needed for order corrections or clarifications
 Administer the purchasing system
 Prepare quotes and purchase orders for products
 Utilize purchasing system for procurement of products
 Maintain product listing, with price and cost information, in purchasing system
 Provide detailed product information to the sales team when preparing quotes
 Understand the Sales Order process that initiates the product purchasing process

Position Qualification Knowledge

 Bachelor degree or equivalent.
 6+ months buyer level foodservice experience
 Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
 Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service and time management skills
 Negotiation skills
 Fluency in Azeri and English.

 Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
 Excellent presentation skills
 Ability to share skills and knowledge with others.
 Proven interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
 Well organized with excellent time
 Good I.T. understanding
