Bureau Veritas Azerbaijan is looking for a QHSE Coordinator who will lead and animate QHSE network in the country.

Main Duties

• Participate in the recruitment, training and assessments of QHSE resources
• Coordinate country tasks (Management System, Audit & reports)
• Cascade Group Information to country (newsletter, alerts, feedback from LG meeting, etc.)
• Track and Report QHSE KPIs to local management (SAS and quarterly reports)
• Develop or update necessary local procedures to comply with applicable requirements
• Identification of local high-risk activities and ensure that processes are in place to protect employees
• Lead or Maintain the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certifications
• Identify and Disseminate best practices within the country
• Analyze Group Alerts, propose local action plan to management and report implementation to Group
• Communicate local safety alerts to country employees
• Ensure QHSE induction and training material are appropriate ? include group e-learning module, and coordinate with HR annual training plan. If necessary, deliver training
• Ensure with local management that PPEs are properly managed.
• Conduct accident investigations
• Conduct internal audits with IAM and on site visits
• Take corrective & preventive action implementation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering or equivalent and field background
• Have an appropriate practical experience background, including and understanding QHSE
• Have good command of English, both written and oral, Russian is an advantage
• Practical approach to problem solving in situations where only limited standardization exists.
