Job Outline
To passionately create enthusiastic customers and build a better future by taking a leadership role in managing all efforts necessary to achieve maximum project penetration for assigned key projects to ensure sales growth and profitability of Hilti systems within these projects.
Duties and Responsibilities
Active selling & leading overall business activities for buying and potential customers for the assigned key energy projects.
Develops strong relationships with the technical decision makers to assure a high degree of success in achieving favorable Hilti Product Specifications within the assigned key projects.
Establishes call plan schedule for all assigned projects based on a frequency agreed with Key Projects Department manager.
Attainment of specifications and approvals through regular planned calls on jobsite consultants and contractors within the assigned key projects through submittals and design proposals.
Provides technical support for Hilti products. This support function includes, but not limited to, design solutions, bill of materials, estimation and submittals for all Hilti engineered products.
Ability to convey products and applications technical knowledge to clients and field sales personnel.
Ensures maximum project penetration by providing Hilti solutions including non-engineering products to cover all major applications (penetration model).
Develops and maintain appropriate projects/accounts tracking systems including activity and progress reporting and action plans based on a frequency established by the Key Projects Dept. manager.
Supports the marketing department with competition information gathering and market sensing activities as directed by the Key Projects Dept. manager.

Knowledge Requirements
Sales and Marketing — Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.

Driving –requires a valid driving license and will be on field assignment while driving a Hilti Brand vehicle to make daily customer visits.
