Vacancy: Engineering Team Leader

Candidate requirements:

• Advanced knowledge of Azerbaijani and Russian, knowledge of English is preferred
• Experience in hospitality is preferred
• High level of responsibility
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detailed work and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent computer skills

Main responsibilities:

• Monitor daily operations of Technical Service and related departments
• Communicate with other departments and plan the work for the solution
•  Assist the Operations Manager in developing and managing the experience of all technical service personnel
• Support the Operations Manager to prepare a business plan (Capex)
• Ensure regulatory compliance with enterprise regulations and safety standards
• Collaborate with technical service providers, relevant companies and employees of various departments and departments
• Arranging and controlling all kinds of equipment such as repair, plumbing, lamps, air conditioners, electrical equipment including cosmetic utensils, replacement of electric keys and exits, programming of TVs
• Fire Alarm / Security System - monitor the systems if necessary, be fully informed about the operation of the system and eliminate accidents involving systems. To have work knowledge on fire extinguishing sprinkler and accident electrical systems
• Clean, lubricate, protect, and maintain all the tools and equipment to control if all used tools are returned and stored in a special storage area
• Understand and follow the rules and guidelines strictly
• In order to achieve the overall objectives of this task, performs duties and requirementsin a timely and efficient manner in accordance with Policies and Procedures
• Performs any other tasks assigned by Management
