INPROCON is looking for its project in Azerbaijan a Planning Engineer.
Work place: Baku, Azerbaijan
Salary: high
Required skills and experience:
• Education in Civil Engineering or similar preferable
• Knowledge of Azeri and English language
• Work experience as planning engineer / time scheduler
• Knowledge of the Planning software Primavera 6 or AstaPower or its equivalent
Key responsibilities and duties:
• Preparation and update of a Master Plan/Time Schedule for Construction Project;
• Preparation of (daily, weekly, mothly, etc) planning reports on a regular basis;
• Regularly update or change the Work Breakdown Structure
• Prepare the list of the works and activities to be performed under the Project, calculate man-hours and work hours of the equipment, estimate and evaluate the project periods
• Develop the risk management plan and assess potential risks
• Monitor the planning systems of the contractors and other executors to expedite the delivery of materials and equipment to the site at the implementation stage of the Works.
• Conduct a critical path analysis
• Analyze numerous/various schedules, integrate them into the main Schedule and maintain on targets
• Control over the schedules of the contractors and other executors
• Together with the Client, set and update realistic project stages and phases
• Determine/measure the project’s efficiency and productivity
• Provide planning reports, including the information about main Works scope, existing scope of the performed works, calculated working hours and actual working hours;
