We are recruiting the Front Office Manager, who should be responsible for the smooth running of all Front office operations. In detail this means:

Main responsibilities:

• Is fully conversant with all Front Office departmental policies and procedures.
• Manage, motivate and organize the department.
• Makes sure that Front office staff delivers quality guest services within department and corporate standards and guidelines.
• Determine needs for training and implement training within own department.
• Budget planning and follow up.
• Maintain and further develop the standards of operation.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English, Azerbaijani, Russian and Turkish both written and verbal.
•  Strong knowledge of Opera PMS program.
• Minimum of 5 year previous managerial experience in a 4 or 5 star property in a similar position.
• Relevant business education and preferably international experience.
• Highly motivated, enthusiastic and innovative.
• Business oriented and a natural attitude towards providing excellent quality service.
