Job Title: Administrator

Job Description/Responsibilities:
 
•    Manage correspondence by answering emails and sorting corporate mail
•    Manage the personal training request, answer, register and contact accordingly
•    Manage Social Media (Facebook, LinkedIn) pages of the company – keep updated, prepare and share announcements and other required information/news
•    Assist relevant staff with preparation of training documentation for next trainings
•    Manage delegates attendance sheet & register/print certificates
•    Take minutes of the team meeting, register and share with team
•    Maintain stock lists and order office supplies as needed
•    Answer phone calls and transfer them as necessary
•    Manage outgoing and incoming post
•    Draft, format, and print relevant documents
•    Arrange travels of staff with relevant agencies etc. 

Required Knowledge & Experience:

•    Good command of Microsoft Office Programs - Excel, Word, Power Point
•    Good command of reading and writing of English
•    University diploma
•    Previous experience in Administration, Training & Office Management etc.
