Sales & Marketing Manager

As Danone Company we are operating in both Azerbaijan and Georgia also and now we are looking for a Sales &Marketing Manager who will be based in Baku, Azerbaijan.

Job Requirements:

 University degree (MBA preferred)
 5+ years Sales Management Experience in FMCG sector
 Ability to set up and implement Commercial Policies and to animate a distributors network
 Ability to persist in the face of difficult business environment and under high pressure/stress.
 Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve objectives with a team approach
 Dedicated to improving results
 Analytical expertise in understanding complex issues and their consequences
 Presentation and facilitation skills
 Computer literacy (MS Office software).
 English - fluent
 Russian fluent

The Role:

To develop and implement the sales  and marketing strategy & objectives in order to achieve growth in terms of, sales and turnover volume, market share, profitability, numeric distribution and coverage of the customer’s network in Caucasus countries.
To drive and ensure deep & constant customer understanding, market and competitors knowledge.
To build middle and long term goals in line with Danone objectives and vision and in line with local needs of the market and customers.
