Work location: Onshore

Experience:

Minimum 3 years experience in the similar role with multinational company.

Minimum training requirements:

• Basis knowledge of fabric maintenance materials, equipment and consumables
• Basic knowledge of scaffold materials
• Basic knowledge of HP water jetting equipment and consumables
• Basic knowledge of insulation materials and consumables
• Advanced computer skills on MS office applications and data management software

Duties:

Shipping logistics and materials coordinator performs variety of duties to support materials shipping from / to onshore and offshore locations.

• Create shipping documentation in accordance with company and client procedure.
• Maintain shipment files, issue reports, and respond to customer inquiries regarding status of shipments. Coordinate pick-up and delivery schedules.
• Check in/out trucks and ensure completion of paperwork as well as accurately record the data into the designated information system.
• Perform recordkeeping duties related to the Base operation.
• Coordinate and expedite flow of materials, parts, and assemblies between sections or departments, according to production and shipping schedules or department priorities and compile and maintain manuals or computerized records.
• Request material and establish sequential delivery dates to departments, according to job order priorities and material availability.
• Examine material delivered to Base to verify conformance to specifications.
• Arrange in-plant transfer of materials to meet production schedules.
• Compile and maintain manual or computerized records, such as material inventory, in-process production reports, and status and location of materials reports.
