Job Title: Junior ERP Support Specialist
 
Job Role Responsibilities:

• Advanced end-user support via telephone, e-mail, and/or face-to-face interaction;
• Analyze and troubleshoot ERP system issues reported by end users;
• Thoroughly understand business practices and procedures;
• Familiarity with POS data and functions: items, barcode, sales, voids, promotions, specials, discounts, methods of payment, electronic journaling, taxes, etc.;
•  Familiarity with POS hardware: card printers, credit card scanners, receipt printers, and ticket printers;
• Training of employees in system’s functions;
