Requirements:
• Education: High education
• Experience: Preferably experience in customer services department and/or call center
• Language: Azeri, English, Russian (all fluent)
• Computer skills: Computer literacy (MS Office, 1C)

Job Description:
• Providing quality service with incoming calls
• Keep informed to the customer on the phone
• Timely, accurate and complete answer to the questions from customers
• Be forwarded to the relevant department of the problems and demands of customers, follow-up and finalization
• Measurement of customer satisfaction by making external calls
• Paying attention to customer satisfaction
• Coordination of customers problem solving
