The Sosial Fund for the Development of IDPs  (SFDI) of the Republic of Azerbaijan, an implementing agency under the Additional Financing for “IDPs Living Standards and Livelihoods Project” financed by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the Government of Azerbaijan, announces the following vacancy:

Senior Community Mobilization Manager Assistant

Requirements and Qualifications:

Education
• A university degree in the area of social sciences and engineering (minimum bachelor degree, master’s degree preferred);

Experience and Knowledge
• At least 2 years of work experience with IDPs and refugees;

Other skills
• Fluency in Azeri and Russian (English is an advantage);
• Excellent computer skills (MS Windows, MS Excel, Word);

Work Conditions:
The Senior Community Mobilization Manager Assistant will be ready for the regular business trips.
       
Consultants will be selected in accordance with the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers (July 2014).
