Your tasks and responsibilities

* Be responsible for your own customer portfolio and will provide your customers with advice and assistance that is reliable, competent and promotes growth
* Analyse customer needs and potential and use them as basis for developing suitable activities for achieving your sales targets
* Write quotations and deal with tenders
* Derive the actions required to ensure customer loyalty and revitalization and implement these
* Be a competent, approachable contact for your customers to ensure their satisfaction
* Work closely with your colleagues from headquarter and other Arkas Logistics foreign offices
* Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

Your skills and experience

* Several years of successful work in sales
* A comprehensive specialist knowledge of logistics, particularly in transportation, freight forwarding
* Outstanding business management and logisitcs faculties
* Enjoy working with customers and a solution-oriented approach
* Powers of persuasion, excellent communication skills and outstanding on closing deals
* A reliable, trustworthy and serious presentation on the telephone
