Food & Beverage Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• The Supervisor represents the hotel ideally and obeys to the hotel discipline board regulations;
• Meets and exceeds expectations of hotel management and guests in service quality standards;
• Distributes the daily responsibilities of staff.
• It participates in daily meetings, communicates instructions to the staff, and ensures that it is properly completed;
• According to the prepared work schedule, ensures the responsible staff will start working on time and that their general appearance conforms to the operating standards;
• Make sure that personnel’s stuff and equipment are completed and they are used correctly.

Requirements:

• High education;
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in related field;
• Strong service standard skills;
• Ability to relate to guests from a variety of backgrounds;
• High organizational and time management skills;
• Language skills – English/Russian/Turkish – Fluent;
• Ability to work on own initiative;
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
