Offshore Materials and Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for a competent Offshore Materials and Logistics Coordinator to oversee and facilitate the supply chain operations of our company.

You will be the one to coordinate personnel and processes to achieve the effective distribution of goods.

Job Responsibilities:

•  Coordination and monitoring vessel movements and materials chain offshore
•  Ensuring premises, assets and communications are used efficiently
• Utilizing logistics software to optimize inbound and outbound procedures
• Supervise orders and arrange transportation of materials and equipment to/from offshore installation
• Liaise with the Installation Drilling Contractor Representatives and Production Supervisors for the timely completion of all manifests, material requests, etc.
•  Responsible for coordination of supply vessels activity within zone to ensure that all vessels are turned around and released as required/planned.
• Plan backload vessel requirements as per the lookahead activities
• Cross reference and confirm received materials against manifest and report any non-conformance
• Ensure all materials shipped from the installation are compliant with the appropriate legislative and policy requirements
• Perform all duties with due regard to company’s Corporate HSSE Standards, Policies and Guidelines, the Health and Safety of others who may be affected and the environment

Key Job Requirements:

•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and flexibility
• Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
• Ability to work in remote location and under stressful conditions
•   Efficient use of computer, MS applications. Knowledge of any web based software is preference
•   Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
