Office Manager/Receptionist

Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in stress environment
Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian
English language knowledge is an asset
Professional experience in similar position not less than 3 years

The responsibility of Office Manager/Receptionist will include following duties:

• organizing meetings and managing databases
• travel management (visa, tickets, transport, accommodation)
• managing office budgets and office supplies (stationeries, furniture, kitchen products ect.)
• managing effective business correspondence and relevant registration of documentation (e-mails, post deliveries, courier services)
• preparing letters, presentations and printing documents
• supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff
• liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
• answering phone calls and providing necessary registration and information
• implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
• managing achieve system and data base of documents
• organizing induction programmes for new employees
• using a range of software packages
• attending meetings with senior management
• preparing service contracts
• assisting in preparation of payment orders
