Human Resource Management Professional / Senior Consultant
Job Description:
• Analyze and audit companies’ HR strategies, policies and procedures
• Perform gap assessment of HR practices
• Consult and train HR professionals to implement local and international HR standards
• Produce HR policy and procedure documentation customized for target company needs
• Produce HR gap closure recommendations and gap closure reports
• Perform regular HRM related tasks for the company
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences is required
• Advanced academic degree in Human Resources is preferred
• 5 year experience in Human Resource Management practice, consulting and training
• Professional certification in HRM
• Proven analytical, coordination and soft skills
• Knowledge of local labor code and international HR standards is a must
• Team player with motivation and coaching abilities
