Position: Merchandiser

Area: Retail (Fashion)
Duties:
1. To establish, clear financial objective by planning the sales, markdown, budget and margin for each season and reforecast
2. Monitoring and analyzing the performance on a weekly basis
3. Clearly communicate strategy to all areas of the business both locally and to the brand International team
4. Drive the business through strategic merchandise planning and promotional activity;
5. Provide buying guidelines to suppliers
6. Make recommendations on the promotional calendar and sale strategy
7. Forecasting the budget and sales totally and by departments (categories
8. Analyzing the sales and merchandise performance
9. Offering the promo actions and creating the prices according the local market
10. Decreasing the terminal stock; control of stock flow, replenishment, size ratio
Work Context:
1. Work is primarily performed indoors, environmentally controlled, within malls or office building (Nargiz Mall)
2. Work shift: 5 days per week (9:00-18:00)

PERSON'S SPECIFICATION:
Proficiency with email applications, MS Office applications particularly Word and Excel, and strong Internet knowledge.
Fluent in English and Azerbaijan languages
At least 2-3 years solid experience in Store Operations, Logistic, Stock control
