Position: Stock Control Supervisor
Company: Retail Group Azerbaijan
Area: Retail (Fashion)
Duties:
1. To prepare invoices for upcoming deliveries
2. To get discrepancy (delivery vs invoice) information
3. PO proceeding
4. To manage IBT processes – transfers between locations;
5. To manage all inventory processes – counting, uploading into the system, approving all the results in the system;
6. To manage Stock Control system – uploading invoices, GRNs, IBTs and etc
Work Context:
1. Work is primarily performed indoors, environmentally controlled, within malls or office building (Nargiz Mall)
2. Work shift: 5 days per week (9:00-18:00)
3. Official Net Salary and Corporate number
Experience and Qualifications:
1. At least 2 years experience in the same position (or Warehouse, Logistic)
2. Advanced knowledge of Azerbaijani and English languages
