Vacancy: Night Manager

Work experience:

• Experience – at least 1 year as Night Manager

Candidate requirements:

• Advanced knowledge of Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages is a must
• Experience in resort is desirable
• High level of responsibility
• Excellent communication skills

Main responsibilities:

• Direct and oversee all DB Aquapark operations during the night shift to ensure guest satisfaction and safety
• Monitor and assess service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly
• Act as Manager on Duty and on behalf of the Operating Manager in his/her absence
• Consistently tour DB Aquapark interior and exterior to ensure the property and facilities are functional for next day operation
• Make sure facilities are presentable to established standards and safe for guests and team members for next day operation
• Oversee preparation of daily summary reports to the Operating Manage
• Monitor and develop team member performance for night staff
• Providing supervision for night staff, scheduling, assigning nightly work to shifts

• Transportation – from Koroglu metrostation to Dalğa Beach Aquapark and back
• Lunch provision
