Chief Accountant

Responsibilities

 Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statement, payments, cash flow.
 Ensure preparation of management accounts (P&L, Cash Flow statement, Balance Sheet) for each month by a set deadline;
 Prepares financial statements and other reports to summarize and interpret current and projected company financial position
 Analyze transactional processes and identify areas where additional accuracies and efficiencies can be achieved
 To develop and maintain accounting/business procedures and relevant financial management information.
 To complete adequate financial analysis and assessments in all areas which are relevant to the success of the company (e.g. assist production with project financing).
 Determines proper handling of financial transactions and approves transactions within designated limits
 Review and comment both purchasing and sales agreements
 Work with the various departments to coordinate the proper flow of accounting information and resolve issues on an on-going basis;
 Work with ERP team in ensuring proper operation of automated controls over business processes and availability of reliable data;
 Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly,quartely,yearly reports
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

 Higher economic education - essential.
 7+ years of accounting experience, at least 3 years as chief accountant.
 Possession of specialized accounting software (ERP systems).
 Excellent knowledge of accounting and taxation.
 Good knowledge in legal matters.
 Leadership - the willingness to make decisions and take responsibility.
 Good knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian and English.
 High communication skills.
 Ability to work effectively with many tasks at the same time.
 Excellent problem solving and leadership skills are required
 Knowledge of Micros billing systems is advantage.

Salary: 1500-2000 AZN Net
