Sales Manager

Volkswagen Azerbaijan is seeking for motivated people to fill the position of Sales Manager in newly opening branch with excellent Azerbaijani, Russian and English.

Salary: Depends on candidates qualification may be increased depending on the amount of sales

Experience: Min 3 years in sales or related field

Requirements:

• University degree (Business/Economics/Marketing/ preferred);
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Sales/Marketing/Customer Relations
• Automotive industry is desirable
• Fluency in English, Russian and Azeri languages
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Business Writings skills
• Good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Out of box thinking, creativity
• High level of Self-Motivation and Discipline
• Working knowledge of retailer and market dynamics and requirements
• Negotiations skills
• Master degree in Marketing or MBA - desirable

Responsibilities:

• Achievement budgeted goals by executing sales activities.
• Assisting in the development of annual sales goals.
• Assisting in the completion of reports.
• Maintaining effective internal and external communication.
• Preparing proposals to maximize profit while satisfying customers’ needs.
• Increasing of sales volume and profitability by formulating and executing projects for all segments as stated in the business plan
• Developing of plans, special sales activities, and promotions.
• Conducting of market analysis to determine customer needs, market and segment potential etc…
• Preparing of accurate forecasts and reports as requested
Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 9 a.m to 8 p.m.
