Position: TV Merchandiser

We look for young specialists of 20-25 years for the position of Merchandiser.

Job function:

• Liaison with buyers, analysts, stores, suppliers and distributors;
• Working closely with visual-display staff and department heads to decide how goods should be displayed to maximize sales;
• Analyze market situation based on daily market intelligence;
• Conduct product training for promoters and FSMs in the shop;
• Distribute POPs for the respective products;
• Maintain store shelves by observing displays of the respective products, removing damaged products;
• Provide information by reporting growth, expansion or closing of stores in the assigned territory;
• Other duties related to the performance of job responsibilities.

Working schedule:

• Full time regular employment;
• Working days: Monday – Friday;
• Lunch time: 13.00 – 14.00

Requirements to the candidates:

• Higher education in economics, technology;
• Additional courses, trainings attended are advantage;
• Proficiency in using office applications: (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access, MS Power Point, Outlook);
• Languages: Azerbaijani is mandatory (English and Russian skills are mandatory);
• 1-3 years of experience in respective area is mandatory;
• Quick learner with strong analytical skills;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Team player able to work under pressure;
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills;
• Driving license (Category B)is mandatory
• Own vehicle is advantage;
• Availability of foreign passport and readiness for international travels (if needed).

Expected start of employment: March 2017

Salary: 700-800 AZN depending on the candidate.
