"Retail Group Azerbaijan" is local representative of international "Alhokair Fashion Retail" company http://www.fawazalhokairfashion.com/ and today keep the leader positions on the market in fashion retail industry.
Brands include:
ZARA, Pull & Bear, Bershka, Stradivarius, ALDO, ALDO Accessories, Charles & Keith, GAP, La SENZA, Marks & Spencer, Massimo Dutti, New Look, Oysho, Topshop, TAPE A LOEIL, Zippy, Sergent Major, Primadonna, La Vie en Rose, Call It Spring
Job Responsibility including but not limited to:
a) Receiving timesheets from HR
b) Checking the data on timesheets to control working hours
c) Calculating salaries,social fund and income tax amounts
d) Checking all shortages,deductions for employess for current month
e) Adding bonuses for employess
f) Calculating sick leaves, vacations
g) Calculating compensations for resign people
h) After all calculations taking from 1C HR System payroll for finance manager to check
General Ledger Entries
a) Allocating all payroll data by accounts on oracle
b) Review and record in GL Monthly basis Sales Margin
Quarterly and yearly Social Fund Reports
a) Taking data from 1C HR system
b) Checking 1C Hr system data with Oracle
c) Giving all data to Finace Manager to check
d) Writing all needed information to Social Fund System and sending the Report
Monthly VAT Report to Tax Department
a) Taking Cash Sales data from Tax Department Cash Tills
b) Taking Credit Card Sales data from Sales Reports
c) Taking Refunds data from Head Cashiers Reports
d) Calculating Montly VAT Tax amount
e) Checking if there is any extra amounts on tax department cash tills
f) if there is any extra amount taking notes for deduction from salary of cashiers
g) Taking data from oracle for VAT amount paid in Custom
h) Collecting data for paid VAT amount by bank according Electronic Tax Invoices
i) Reporting all these information to Finance Manager
j) After Finance Manager confirmation preparing VAT report on tax system and sending
k) Writing on Tax system one by one Custom Declarations number, date, net and tax amount
m) Writing on tax system paid Electronic Tax Invoices number, date, net and tax amount one by one
Experience and Qualifications
a) Professional experience of at least 3-5 years as a Accountant
b) Education: bachelor in Finance or accounting
c) Excellent knowledge of tax and labor law
d) Strong knowledge of 1C , Advanced Excel user
e) Excellent Azerbaijani and English (note: English is strongly required)
Job conditions:
• Office located in Nargiz Mall (Nizami str.)
• Work days from Monday to Friday (from 9:00-18:00)
