Saffron Restaurants Group is looking for AP accountant (Accounts payable accountant).

Required skills, knowledge and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration;
• Proficient in Azerbaijani, English and Russian;
• ACCA F3 level knowledge;
• Good Excel and Word skills;
• Experience in Financial or Accounting spheres is preferred;
• Experience in 1C is preferred;
• Responsible, attentive to details, ability to work under pressure.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Preparation, review and verification of invoices and check requests;
• Uploading invoices into accounting system;
• Tracking expenses and processing expense reports;
• Preparation and processing of electronic transfers and payments;
• Doing accounting postings into the system;
• AP reconciliation;
• Investigating and resolving any issues in invoice processing;
• Contacting vendors and respond to inquiries;
• Preparation of monthly reports;
• Month end close process assistance;
• Supporting internal audit with necessary documentation.
