WorleyParsons has been delivering engineering and project management services to the global hydrocarbons industry for over sixty years. Our full-scope global project services span the entire asset lifecycle from the initial conceptual phase of major Greenfield developments to ongoing asset services and brownfield modifications projects.
WorleyParsons has been awarded a five year contract for Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management services for BP-operated assets in Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey.
We are currently looking for an experienced Level 3 Rigging Supervisor to join our Baku office.
KEY Accountabilities Of Position:
• To deliver a high quality, consistent supervision in accordance with Project / Company requirements, standards and procedures.
• To support overall delivery of company goals and schedule.
• To ensure all that all work scope is completed in a safe manner ensuring no detrimental impact to personnel, fabric or environment.
• Plan & control work activities.
• Supervise team.
• Read, understand and implement all applicable company/project policies, working practices and procedures, ensuring at all times that the rigging / erection work scope is completed, in compliance with LOLER and to a high standard of safety.
• Development/approval of lifting plans.
• Complete all work scope in accordance with applicable workpack / jobcard instructions, associated procedures and drawings / sketches.
• Undertake appropriate Risk Assessments (RA) in order to complete work scope in a safe and controlled manner.
• Deliver Tool Box Talks
• Conduct Meetings
• Ensure PTW system is adhered to.
• Manage resources.
• Ensure time writing for discipline team is accurate and completed on time.
• Ensure job cards are completed and accurate progress reported.
