We a looking for a person to Lead Finance reporting & controlling

The main objectives will be to manage to provide necessary finance, budget and control info for all Company divisions and outsiders

Responsibilities

• To ensure the accurate and timely reporting and accounting:
• To provide external reporting and accounting – in accordance with  local statutory and tax requirements;
• To support internal corporate reporting and accounting – in accordance with the Company policies and US GAAP,
• To support management with information, analysis and interpretation around the figures necessary to monitor key budget performances and to facilitate prompt and effective business decision making
• To assure reliable budget control monitoring system for all departments of Company,
• According to Internal control policies to provide and maintain a rigid and adequate set of financial controls and disciplines in accounting and reporting processes, supporting strong corporate governance and business ethic practice;
• Regularly reviewing and improving controls in financial processes, aimed at ensuring reliability of financial data at an affordable cost in Caucasus MUs
• Responsible for execution of Treasury activities
• Develop and support cooperation environment among all finance team parts: corporate reporting, accounting group, planning and revenue group, business controlling and internal controlling groups.

Requirements

• 3-5 years and more of accounting / financial analysis experience
• Local tax compliance knowledge
• US GAAP financial reporting experience
• part-qualified with CIMA, ACCA or equivalent (good for)
• 1C system experience (good for)
• Fluent in English and Russian
