CEO
We are currently looking for an experienced Group CEO to lead agricultural & FMCG businesses. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, passionate and strategic leader with demonstrated ability to start up from scratch including everything from business planning, land acquisition, licensing, team building, developing the supply chain, brand management & design, financial and legal operations. The right fit would then build and continue to grow the business forward. The ideal candidate will be someone who really understands how to deliver income and growth with direct experience in and expert knowledge of the agri-industry.
Job Description:
∙ Consolidation & strategic management of Group agricultural & FMCG sector
∙ Implementation of management standards and leading investment project in agricultural & FMCG sector with profit achievement;
∙ Management of budgeting process & its control, Implementation of processes & policies in agrisector
∙ Development , and management of subsidiary companies.
Skills
∙ Must have operated ( 10+ years) at a GM/ CEO level with accountability and oversight of all areas of business administration of an agri & FMCG business
∙ Will have a strong and detailed practical knowledge of agriculture & FMCG sector
∙ Strong business expertise in business planning, financial management and intangible assets.
∙ The ideal candidate would have a strong strategic macro level mindsetand with Economics academic profile
∙ Minimum BS/BA and MBA degree with strong experience and a track record in senior program management
∙ Excellent people management and communication skills with demonstrated track record of strong leadership and coaching expertise
