NEP Future LLC is a new Company distributing a new energy drink and is looking for a Marketing Director.
Marketing Director’s main responsibilities will be as following:
• To create strong relationships with stakeholders and other related departments to increase brand awareness and brand value in line with the Company's vision, mission, values and marketing strategies;
• To lead opportunity/issue identification for consumer marketing and public relations;
• To lead & determine strategy and planning development in order to achieve volume, share and profit objectives.
Key tasks for the job are as below:
• Strategy development
• Consumer & Category insight understanding, strategic planning and marketing research management
• Marketing and Communication plan development, budgeting, budget management
• New business idea evaluation, project initiation, project execution
• Below-the-line and Above the line communication planning and development
• Co-lead trade marketing strategy and plan development
• PR strategy and plan development
• Support sales team to business models & route to market strategy for new business development projects
• Strong understanding of B2B sales, client database and follow up
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Work collaboratively with commercial to understand channel opportunities and co-create initiatives that promote development of key occasions for the business
• Strong competence in CRM software usage
• Oversee the training, development and engagement of associates through performance management system, career planning, coaching, feedback, and etc.
General Qualifications are as follows:
• University graduate, Master’s degree is a plus.
• Min. 8 years’ experience in Marketing (FMCG sector is preferable)
• Managerial experience preferably in a cross-functional non-hierarchic organization
• Experience in a multinational/multicultural environment is a plus
• Great interpersonal and communication skills to function in a cross-functional organization and to effectively convey messages
• Ambitious, Self-confident, Teamwork & Collaboration, Analytical Minded, Conceptual and Creative
• Result-Oriented
• Strategic Thinking and Planning
• Negotiation Skills
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani and at least mid-level Russian is required
• Strong command of computer knowledge (MS Office)
