Key Account Manager, Marketing Communications
Candidates with an experience in advertisement agencies as account managers or key account managers, or Brand/MarCom experienced in FMCG segment is an advantage.
The key responsibilities are:
• Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your internal customers
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting internal customer relationships
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to internal customer needs and objectives
• Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Forecast and track key account metrics
• Managing a portfolio of accounts
• Engaging in project management duties
• Delivering presentations
• Attending meetings with clients
Required Background, Skills and Knowledge:
• Education & certifications BA/BS degree or equivalent
• 2 years of proven account management or other relevant experience in advertising
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on internal customer needs (examples of Projects managed/feedback from Internal Clients upon solutions)
• Ability to translate internal customer needs into the brief descriptions, in order to work with creative agencies
• Real understanding of advertising opportunities
• Creativity, initiative combined with commercial awareness
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail (scale of a project with a result)
• Programs and software Standard MS
• Language skills – Azeri/English/Russian - Fluent
