BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

We are one of the leading suppliers/service providers to the oil& Gas/Marine and Industrial sectors in Baku,Azebaijan. QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
• Oil&Gas  Degree
• 5+ years of related experience

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Proven sales and managerial skills to grow Flowell exposure at national consumer accounts, at key distribution and key target accounts within the region.
• Experience working with Oil&Gas/Marine/Industrial customers.
• Ability to work on a target oriented business development environment
• Highly organized and disciplined in representing Flowell interests at targeted accounts.
• Proficient in all aspects of negotiation with National Consumer Accounts
• Strong strategic planning skills with proven ability to execute and close contracts
• Presentation and communication expertise
• Builds strong relationships with corporate level of distribution that supports consumer contract business
• Strong Presentation and selling skills along with an operational understanding of key initiatives and drivers within a national consumer account and the ability to match these up with Flowell capabilities
• Business planning expertise and project management capabilities

English/Russian/Azerbaijani language Fluency required
