Job Title: Logistics manager (eCommerce)
Location: Absheron district, Baku-Shamakha highway, 17 km, Baku, Azerbaijan
Department: eCommerce
Reports to: Operational manager/Director
Receives work assignments: Operational manager/Director
Subordinate: Yes
Main objective:
A Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the logistics process, is responsible for coordinating the shipping and receiving of finished consignment from the supplier to the warehouse, and the delivery of packages to the assigned route, as well as handling all special projects and communication with internal and external customers.

Requirements:

• Education: High education
• Experience: A minimum of 4 years relevant experience
• Language: Azeri, Russian, English (all fluent)
• Computer skills: Good computer literacy (MS Office, 1C)

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Description:

• To review volumes and DC capacity planning - both in dispatch and stockholding.
• Management of 'ad hoc' projects – review and agree requirements and assess impact on the operation.
• Develop knowledge and awareness of competitors' fulfillment operations.
• Maintain & improve quality through knowledge sharing and best practice ensuring consistency.
• Manage residual stock and returns.
• Attend/support with monthly eCommerce meetings.
• Ensure contingency plans are in place to account for unforeseen circumstances and special event planning.
• Facilitate relationship between DC and Customer Contact Centre to enable robust communication of issues and reduce inbound contacts.
• Support the development of a strategic vision for eCommerce fulfillment.
• Develop initiatives to improve speed, efficiency and the quality of current process.
• Regular communication with eCommerce teams, Brand Logistics, IT and Customer Care.
