Reception/Office Manager

Job description:


• Greeting, assisting and directing visitors and Company guests;
• Receiving and re-directing all telephone calls as appropriate  and take messages when required;
• Managing office equipment;
• Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information;
• Prepare the reports  according to the requirements of Administrative department;
• Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers

Requirements:

• Education: University degree (bachelor)
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, Russian both written and oral
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office programs
• Communication skills both written and verbal
• High level of motivation and enthusiasm is required as well as capacity to learn rapidly
• Professional appearance

Working days -  5 days in a week. Info regarding salary will be announced upon interview.
