Product Trainer

Position Responsibility

Traineer responcible for faciliating product and sales techniques trainings for organisation staff to ensure improving of product knoweldge and sales techniques.

Trainer Roles and Responsibilities:

Prepare product and sales techniques trainings and facilitate them for organization staff
Determine the most suitable training methods to maximize knowledge improvement
Facilitate trainings in required areas
Provide examination to determine staff product knowledge level
Development content to improve the quality of the classroom and face to face training
To create FSM grading system in order to allocate training resource in the most efficient way
To find the best way to create "Brand Ambassador" at the Huawei's sales channels
To share field actions with instant or weekly conference meetings
To receive training actions to be taken in response to competitors' sales actions.
Create required weekly and monthly reports  

 Requirements:

At least 2 years field experience
Higher education
Proficient presentation skills
Product training or Retail Sales experience
Ability to deliver product and technology based training to a variety of different users
Superior communication and writing skills
Able to work under minimum supervision and short time frame
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Azerbaijan, English and Russian
PC and MS Office proficiency
