EHS coordinator
Department: Delivery and Service
Position Responsibility:
HSE coordinator will report to EHS and QA Manager and will be responsible to carry out the day to day operations of HSE department in order to ensure effective Health, Safety and Environmental work conditions for staff in all Huawei related work operations.
Required Skills and Experience:
1. 1 year work experience in Occupational Health & Safety or Internship
2. Knowledge of Ergonomical rules
3. Knowledge of MS office programs
4. Presentation skills
5. OHS certified candidates are preferable (Basic Fire Fighting, First aid, Defense driving)
6. Driving license (B category)
7. Fluency in Azeri, Russian; English-intermediate
Job Description :
8. Coordinate and manage health and safety issues
9. Coordinate and manage environment issues
10. Coordinate security issues
11. Follow up local legislation changes (safety, environment)
12. Set up procedures regarding safety, security, environment according state regulation
13. Train staff about rules working with electricity, height and safe driving
14. Assessment of hazards for each job position
15. Determination of appropriated PPE (Personal Protection Equipment)
16. Schedule and monitor periodic safety drills
17. Follow up key safety/environment parameters (frequency, gravity rate, effluent)
18. Check respect of safety procedures (work permit, consignation, PPE use)
19. Conduct internal audit (safety, quality, environment)
20. Monitor and manage environment and safety management systems
21. Prepare official reports for Management and state authorities
22. Declare accidents to labor inspector on time
23. Conduct root cause analysis meeting for each significant safety events
24. Organize medical follow up of staff
25. Check compliance of subcontractors with local and internal rules/laws (mandatory staff training, work time, PPE)
