REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education in Technical (Engineering, Oil & Gas, Machinery, Chemistry, Economy) or equivalent              
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in QHSE
• Excellent communication, leadership and management skills
• Ability to fill multiple roles simultaneously

PRINCIPAL FUNCTION (JOB SUMMARY):
 
• Regional QHSE Manager is responsible for development, implementation and continual improvement of company’s QHSE Management System. He/She is a management representative for Quality and HSE matters including certification bodies, state offices and external auditors

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
• Compliance with all applicable HSE, Ethic, Quality and other (officially accepted and implemented) requirements during his/her work in Intertek or on behalf of the company.
•  Administration of company’s management system in compliance with implemented standards and corporate policies. This includes but not limited with – Design and development of Management System elements; Development of company’s local policies and high level documentation (e.g. QA Manual, System Procedures, QA Plans); Implementation and maintenance of statistical management and data analysis (KPI, Charts, Data Reviews, GAP analysis, etc); Coordination of QA/QC teams (e.g. training providers, competence assessors, RR, SQC and TMA performers, etc); Monitoring and Review of performance related to HSE and QA;
•  Arrangement of certification of company’s management system against international standards (ISO 19001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 17025, etc.).
•  Management and execution of Internal Audit Programs
• Assessment and audits of suppliers/subcontractors
• Control under Management of Change (MOC) process 
•  Handling of customers’ complaints and Non-conformances
• Representing of the company in front of external parties (certification bodies, customer’s QHSE teams, etc.)
•  Collecting and processing of customers’ feedbacks
• Arrangement of Management Review Meetings
• Supporting of managerial staff in regards to Assurance of Quality and Business Development (e.g. meetings, preparation of presentation, data analysis, solution of problems, communication with customers, marketing, tenders, etc.)
•  Training and professional development of managerial staff
• Development of company’s marketing and sales strategy.
• Provision of advertisement and promotion activities
• Provision of performance reports to Top Management in agreed intervals and content
