Mober Logistics is a leading 3PL (third party logistics) company specializing in freight arrangement and supply chain solutions.

We are looking for candidates to fill the position of Logistics Coordinator.

Position Description:

• Pro-actively plan and coordinate shipments.(Import and Export, end to end responsibility)
• Follow guidelines and implement standard operation procedures, defined and issued by management.
• Building strong customer relationships and ensure that customer requirements are met
• Being the first point of contact for drivers, suppliers and customer queries
• Resolve delivery related complaints from customers, drivers, sales and management.

Recommended Qualifications:

• 3 years working experience in shipping operations
• A thorough understanding of delivery, warehouse and traffic operations, as well as government regulations (e.g., DOT, OSHA, HazMat, etc.).
• Excellent command of local customs, finance rules & regulations
• Sound knowledge of MS office applications
• Fluent in Azeri and English, (Russian will be an added value)
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Planning Scheduling
• Problem solving abilities
• Sense of urgency and availability to work extra hours when emergencies occur
