Position Title: Drilling Supervisor
Employer: KTIB HOLDING
Experience: min 5-7 years
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Higher technical education
• Experience as Drilling Engineer Minimum 5 years
• Construction of well pads
• Installation of blowout equipment
• Well drilling technology
• Protection of labor, safety, industrial hygiene and fire protection
• Industrial safety, occupational safety and environmental protection to internal and external contractors.
• Geological - technical specifications of works for well drilling;
• The technical characteristics of the equipment used in the drilling process;
• The scale of assessment of the quality of the works
• Relations procedures, allocation of responsibility between "Customer" and service contractors;
• Individual design task for well drilling
• Geological and technical information
• Plan program for directional drilling
• Work plan for fixing casings
• Solid record of leadership, initiative talking, collaboration & innovation.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Excellent languages skills in: English, Azeri, Russian
Job Responsibilities
• Monitoring compliance to service companies according to requirements of standards and regulatory documents of the Customer. Coordination of service enterprises work at drilling sites, aimed of the implementation of the program according to drilling schedule.
• Monitoring of failure of rules and regulations for variations from all monitored services programs.
• Monitoring of the availability and timely provision of drilling equipment / materials to the drilling object (including chemicals), as well as the implementation of quality control, storage and intended use of the material and technical values (quality, quantity, order matching, etc. ).
• Monitoring compliance with: contractors drilling parameters, drilling mud parameters, the curvature of the borehole parameters, modes and grouting parameters according to the plan of works on well casing and cementing process.
• Monitoring compliance with conditions and hydraulic fracturing parameters, according to the plan of work.
• Bringing to contractors claims, comments, customer recommendations during drilling operations and joint coordination.
• Participation in the work of the commission to investigate industrial accidents, incidents and accidents that have occurred at the controlled drilling site.
• Presence during all critical operations
• Control of the actual use of the equipment and materials
• Conduct detailed analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of the work performed with suggestions for its improvement.
• Planning of future work, the timely notification of the mobilization / demobilization of service (contract) companies.
