Gilan Agricultural Group is looking to recruit an experienced Office Administrator to join our highly professional team.

Responsibilities

• Maintains office services/management by organizing office operations and procedures;
• Taking notes/records during meetings:
• Managing and controlling schedules and organizing official meetings;
• Organizing  reporting manager’s diary, making appointments and acting as a PA;
• Making travel & transport arrangements;
• Ordering necessary and required office items/devices;
• Preparing and writing articles and press releases;
• Controlling internal & external document flow safe and secured,
• Responsible for monitoring dress code & corporate branding,
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in Management, Business Administration or other related fields.
• University Degree (Administration, Management, Business or related).
• Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
• Excellent guest relation management skills,
• Exceptional communications and interpersonal skills.
• Methodical and thorough approach to work and good attention to details.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and follow through on assignments.
• Strong analytical skills and logical thought processes, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues/problems.
• Strong computer skills; Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent knowledge of Azeri, English and Russian languages.
