Position: Cars Controller
Department: Admin Department
Position purpose
Cars controller will manage usage of company cars by company staff and ensures proper tracks, oil usage and car condition. Cars controller will be responsible for creation of car usage schedule, oil change, and timely technical review of cars. Will deal with Traffic Police issues and participate as company representative in case of traffic accidents, and deal with insurance issues.
Position Responsibility:
- Properly check cars before and after usage by staff
- Tracks, calculates, and coordinates driver and route information
- Processes driver payroll efficiently and accurately
- To ensure cars suitable condition
- Accurately tracks necessary documentation
- Monthly check traffic penalties with traffic police
- Arrange timely cars maintenance
Requirements:
- At least 1 year work experience in similar field
- Intermediate English
- Proficient computer user
- High education
- Good reporting skills
- Ability to manage multitasks
