Job Summary:

Secretary will provide both clerical and administrative support to professionals, either as part of a team or individually. Will be involved in the coordination and implementation of office procedures and frequently have responsibility for specific projects and tasks. 

Responsibilities

- Office Materials management
- Office Service
- Answering telephone calls
- Maintaining diaries
- Arranging appointments
- Taking messages
- Typing and word processing
- Filing organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes if need)
- Managing databases
- Handling correspondence
- Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks

Requirements

- High level of communication
- Fluent English, Azeri Russian
- Proficient PC user
- High stress resistance
- High working
- High education
