Position Title: Site Engineer

Location: Baku, Azerbaijan

Reports To: Construction Manager

Objective:

• Main objective of site engineer position is to provide technical advice about, plan, organize and supervise construction projects, manage part of a construction project; also assist with technical advice and supervise other members of staff;

Responsibilities:

• As a main technical adviser on a construction site to set out, survey and level the building site;
• Check plans and drawings to ensure all calculations are accurate;
• Make sure the work performed and materials used are as per specified in the contract;
• Oversee health & safety and quality control measures on the site according to procedures;
• Liaise with subcontractors, clients and other related professional staff;
• Check and prepare site reports, designs and drawings;
• Ensure projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales;
• To check reinforcement, formwork and concrete works;
• Perform site supervision functions;

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in the similar position;
• Minimum intermediate English language level;
