To check all channels for customer requests several times every day.
To promptly respond to all incoming requests on booking and selling of travel services.
To work with customers on choosing the most suitable price packages.
To offer associated services to the customers.
To sign the Agreement on the sale of tour pack to the customer.
To prepare material for e-newsletters and advertisements on the corporate customer base.
To develop routes and sales of travel packages to regular key customers.
 
EXPERIENCE

∙ Experienced with minimum 3-5 years in Tourism area;

SKILLS

∙ Communication and writing;
∙ Customer orientation;
∙ Time and stress management;
∙ Good knowledge in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian.
