Value Added Services (VAS) Manager

Role and Main responsibilities:

• To increase penetration rate and revenue of VAS
• To initiate and develop up-sale and cross-sale mechanisms
• To plan and forecast revenue, expenses and monitor adherence to the plan
• To develop Roadmap and Marketing Plan for introduction/enhancement of services
• To control Business Cases for new services and monitor adherence to the forecasted results
• To monitor and analyze Service Portfolio commercial KPIs
• To manage and implement products and services offered by 3rd parties
• To create control mechanisms
• To manage process with related departments before commercial launches of any new service
• To improve commercial performance and customer experience of VAS
• To monitor and analyze market, market trends and technologies locally and globally
• To manage VAS Unit

Required education and work experience:


• Higher education in Economics, IT, Telecommunication or Math/Physics
• 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, Product Development, Business Management in Telecommunication or related sphere 
• Experience in Telecommunications is preferable
