Job Title: Food and Beverage Manager

Reports to: Executive Director

Key Accountabilities
 
• Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
• Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
• Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
• Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
• Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
• Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
• Comply with all health and safety regulations
• Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
•  Ensure that all F&B areas are received and inspected in a timley manner and are in compliance with company´s standards by checking for quality
• Approves all work schedule prepared by his department heads
• Perform other duties which are requested by the company

Knowledge, experience and qualifications required

• High education
• Proficient in English, Azerbaijani and Russian
• Minimum of 4-5 years work experience in F&B
• Knowledge of restaurant software programs ( Micros, R keeper etc.)
• Outlook, Excel 2010,Word and understanding of accounting programmes
•  Good communication skills, both verbal and writing
•  Knowledge of financial reporting, planning and budgeting
• Ability to communicate with customers and staff clearly and fluently
• Pleasant personality and ability to maintain good relations with a variety of people
• High service orientation
• Ability to coordinate with different teams and manage operations and staff
