“Baku Boulevard Hotel ” is looking for a Laundry and Kitchen Technician who carries out all engineering works required to ensure all Laundry and Kitchen operating equipment is maintained in good working order at all times.

The hotel is affiliated with the Autograph Collection, Marriott's brand featuring an exclusive portfolio of upscale independent hotels and resorts. Boulevard Hotel offers 818 comfortable rooms and it will be the largest conference hotel in Azerbaijan. It provides perfect accessibility to all major business and cultural sites of the city as well as the finest facilities that are designed to suit a wide variety of occasions and functions.

Baku Boulevard Hotel is managed by Absheron Hotel Group and is a part of Autograph Collection, Marriott’s brand featuring exclusive portfolio of upscale independent hotels and resorts. Main Duties:

The Laundry and Kitchen Technician’s responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

 To carry out repairs and maintenance of all hotel Laundry and Kitchen equipment.
 To carry out repairs, maintenance and preventive maintenance checks on the hotel's Laundry and Kitchen equipment.
 To follow the preventive maintenance schedule as specified in the plan.
 To be able to carry out all tasks / assignments in a timely manner (meeting deadlines) carefully.
 To look after all the tools supplied by the hotel and correctly deposit them after finishing the shift.
 To interact with all guest and colleagues in a professional manner at all times.
 To clean all work areas after finishing the tasks properly.
 To have a basic knowledge of all other Engineering functions: carpentry; plumbing; masonry; electrical, painting etc.
 To report the status of assignments and potential dangers as soon as possible.
 Keeps updated with the latest technologies. 
 Additional duties as required.

Skills

 Minimum of 2 Years’ Experience in a Similar Capacity
 Good Working Knowledge of Laundry & Kitchen Equipment Repairs & Maintenance
 Basic Working Knowledge of General Repairs & Maintenance
 Certificate/Diploma in Electrical Engineering
