Position Summary

- Responsible and accountable for the professional and efficient managing of visitors, vendors, telephone calls and messages, as well as a variety of clerical duties that support customer services, information and referral and the operation and presentation of a professional office, thus ensuring the organization and efficient operation of the school’s Reception Area.
 
- Responsible for performing his/her duties as per SABIS® systems, policies, and procedures.
 
- Works closely with the Director, the Head of Marketing, and the Office Manager to ensure the efficient operation of reception.
 
- Interacts regularly with parents and staff.
 
-This is a calendar year non-exempt position.
 
Recommended Qualifications:
 
- Minimum high school diploma required, BA preferred
- Some computer experience required
- Experience working in a school environment preferred.
- Fluency in more than one language is a plus
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Organizational and self-management skills; Ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively
- Willingness to work as part of a team
- Problem solving abilities
- Dependability; Readiness to go above and beyond when necessary to reach goals
