Job brief

We are looking for a passionate and field sales experienced candidate for City Manager (CM) position, who will partner, maintain and expand relationships with assigned dealers. CM will be responsible for achieving sell-through, sell-out and other assigned strategic objectives.
CM reports to Retail Sales Manager and manages Retail Sales specialist and promoter team.

Position Responsibility:

• To build better relation with our stake holders which are, dealer owners, dealer coordinators, distributor managers , operator regional managers and so on.
• To follow up dealers’ stock and sell out level. Accordingly to increase sell through to that dealers..
• To manage Retail Specialist and to increase Retail Specialist Performances.
• To manage promoters and ensure their promotion performance and sell out performance of those promoters’ stores.
• Weekly meetings with Distributor Managers about their region.
• Weekly meetings with Operator Regional Managers about their region.
• To create and follow up route plan of their Retail Specialists according to Huawei Office direction.
• To create awareness of Huawei Campaigns to store owners and make them take action for Huawei products’ sell out.
• To arrange training activities for Dealer and Top Dealer FSM
• Promote new products
• Maintain clean, organized display consistent with Huawei guideline
• Take responsibility for overall progress and use of resources (POP materials, Visual Display
• Target and Develop new dealers

• Cooperate with partner, define the sales goal of each dealer and prepare strategy to help partner to achieve target
• Control the Floor Salesman motivation program status
• Maintain an active/productive dialog with dealer / sales personnel to understand their needs, problems, issues, etc

Requirements:

• Higher education
• Proven sales relevant experience (experience in field sales and/or handset business is desirable)
• Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and dealer owners
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Azerbaijan, English and Russian
• PC proficiency
